BILLY FOSTER - (NORTH SHIELDS formerly of GATESHEAD)  Peacefully, at home with members of his family by his side on 4th August 2018, aged 70 years.  Loving husband to Elaine.  Cherished Dad to Lisa, Wayne and Kerry.  Devoted stepdad to Emma and Lee.  Father in law to Ivan, Dawn and Mark.  Much loved Grandad to Ross, Mason, Wayne Jr., Jenna, Jake, Ruby, Tyler, Kiyah, Callum, Jake, Decklin, Layton, Brett and Daryl.  Loyal and faithful companion to Tilly the dog.  Would all please gather at Tynemouth Crematorium on Monday 20th August 2018 at 11:15 am for a celebration of Billy's life.
